Project Details

As part of the Master Redevelopment Plan for Downtown Coral Springs, Amera transformed almost two acres of land, fulfilling the City of Coral Springs’ vision for pedestrian-friendly developments with unique presence. Built hard on the street with a trellis feature and lush landscape, this parcel was assembled and redeveloped into two free-standing buildings occupied by national tenants, Holy Cross Urgent Care and Physician Offices and Starbucks with a drive-thru, the first in Coral Springs. A third building is earmarked for a 4,500 square-foot retail building. The center has been a sign of the resurgence of development in the Downtown Coral Springs and has served as a catalyst for new and upcoming projects in the area.
