Amera took a master plan approach to a blighted downtown commercial corridor in Fort Lauderdale. Assembling various properties to be redeveloped along busy Federal Highway between Sunrise and Broward Boulevards, the signature in-fill project is located in the 400 block of North Federal Highway at 4^th Street in Fort Lauderdale, midway between Broward Boulevard and Sunrise Boulevard. This parcel was assembled and redeveloped into three free-standing buildings occupied by The Fresh Market, PNC Bank and a fully tenant retail building featuring two restaurants. The center services Fort Lauderdale’s rapidly expanding downtown residential population and has been a pinnacle development in the revitalization of the Federal Highway area, “raising the bar” for the neighborhood.
