Charter Place

Project Details

As master developer of the City of Coral Springs’ downtown project, Amera developed One Charter Place to give the city a focal point which would be integrated with existing and redeveloped facilities to create a pedestrian friendly around-the-clock downtown while promoting economic growth.  One Charter Place, a 101,800 square-foot mixed-use center located on the south-east corner of University Drive and Sample Road in Coral Springs was the first property in the Coral Springs CRA to be “developed hard on the street.” With prime location and high visibility, this project was the start of what would become Downtown Coral Springs. Designed to incorporate a complex of four buildings which included retail and office as well as a parking structure, it expanded on the Downtown vision.
