Project Details

Amera established the Sample Road corridor between Rock Island Road and Woodside Drive in Coral Springs as a home furnishing destination for consumers and designers. Beginning with development of a 15,000 square foot Patio Shoppe, Amera brought a new level of design appeal, quality and identity to the area. Drawing complementary tenants, the project was expanded to about 90,500 square foot project. Spanning 1,500 feet along Sample Road, Design Row secures a commanding presence on the street and includes a variety of home goods related retailers together with a services/restaurant component at the west end of the center.

Built in three phase, the project was a success in creating a central location for designers and residents to source home products and services, drawing customers from a very wide trade area encompassing south Palm Beach County to north Dade County. The project was initially leased at rates well in excess of the existing properties along Sample Road.
