Charles Ladd founded Barron Real Estate in 1991 and has worked with Amera Companies since the late 1980s, serving as developer, leasing agent and, in some cases, contractor for Amera’s projects.
Ladd was an officer of the Florida subsidiary of Symcor Properties of St. Louis, and was responsible for leasing and real estate development activities including four buildings in Northeast Ft. Lauderdale and seven shopping centers. He is an active and involved resident of downtown Fort Lauderdale, serves on the Downtown Development Authority and a Riverwalk Trust boards, and is a past member of the Downtown Council.
